If you choose to transition your Social Fox account to LC Email here is what that will look like.

After you fill out the form below, our team will begin manually switching accounts. Because this is a manual process, it will be first come, first serve.

STEP 2:

Wait 3-5 Business Days

We request you allow for 3-5 business days for your email services to be switched to LC Email.

After this switch is completed, there are additional setup steps for you to complete.

STEP 3:

Setup Your LC Email Sending Domain

Setup your personalized email subdomain through the Email Services section in the Settings area of your Social Fox account.

I have my own MailGun, should I switch?

If you have your own MailGun account and are sending 5,000 email or more a month, our recommendation is that you continue to utilize that email subdomain.

LC Email is intended as a more affordable way to send emails from a personalized email subdomain, with improved deliverability over our shared subdomain, until you reach the point in your business where MailGun makes better financial sense (more than 5,000 emails per month).

How do I know this is right for me?

If you send less than 5,000 emails per month from your Social Fox account, LC Email is a perfect option for you.

If you send more than 5,000 email per month from your Social Fox account, creating your own MailGun email subdomain would be the best (and most affordable) option.

What are the benefits of switching to Social Fox LC Email?

Switching to Social Fox LC Email offers several distinct benefits over using our shared Social Fox email subdomain:

- Create more than one email subdomain for your account

- Create dedicated email subdomains for emails sent from workflows, campaigns, or one-on-one messages

- Auto-populated custom email unsubscribe link

- Email header unsubscribe option

- Account-wide email deliverability metrics

- OPTIONAL: automatically verify lead email addresses or verify lead email addresses in bulk (additional charge)

When will I know my account has been transitioned?

Please allow 3-5 business days to complete this transition as it is a manual process.

You may check your account at any time to see if your transition is complete by navigating to Settings > Email Services.

Once we complete your transition to LC Email, you will receive a text and email with your next steps to set up your personalized email domain.

You can double check that LC Email is active by navigating to Settings >> Email Services >> If "LeadConnector Email System" is selected as your email service, your transition has been completed.

What does the setup process look like for Social Fox LC Email after I'm switched?

The process to setup your dedicated email subdomain is simple and very similar to that of adding a website domain to your Social Fox account. You can find the detailed overview here.

We will be sunsetting the shared Social Fox email subdomain on January 1st, 2025. This is in an effort to continue to provide you with the best possible email deliverability as you build your business.
