How Does The Billing Work?

Once you request that we enable our AI features the process is simple!

STEP 1:

Add Money to Your Social Fox Wallet

If you already use LC Phone or LC Email then you're familiar with the system. You add money to your Social Fox wallet and set your auto-refresh amount.

*For most of our users, they select to add money after the balance goes below $10

STEP 2:

Use AI Credits

Each AI action will draw from your Social Fox Wallet balance at the rate outlined above. The wallet will be auto-refreshed as needed.

If you expect to fully integrate and leverage the AI functionality in your Social Fox account, you can upgrade at any time to the Unlimited Ai Actions plan for an additional $147/month*.

Unless you've elected to use the Unlimited Executions plan, there's no minimum monthly charge, you're only ever charged for the AI executions you actively used!

We will be launching training and support documents to help you learn how to utilize these features in the coming weeks!

How does the billing work?

If you use our LC Phone or LC Email features they work very similarly. You carry a balance on your Social Fox wallet and each AI execution draws from that balance.

You can set your auto-refresh level so that when your wallet balance goes under a certain amount it gets replenished. To check your current billing details navigate to Settings > Billing in your Social Fox account.

What happens if I enable the AI features but don't use them?

The short answer? Nothing!

You can have these features enabled in your account but unless you actively use them they won't take any action or incur any additional cost to you.

How do I turn off the AI features?

You can request that we disable the AI suite of features at any time or just remove any AI actions and don't actively utilize them in your Social Fox account.
